The Chinese eatery "Hong Kong" is a project created in partnership with Igor Zernov, co-founder of El Copitas bar. El Copitas is one of the most decorated bar teams in Russia and Eastern Europe. The bar was ranked 8th in the top 50 best bars in the world (The World 50 Best Bars, 2018-2021). Hong Kong is an institution where traditional Chinese cuisine is presented, in the evening the space is transformed into a youth bar with an original cocktail menu from Igor Zarnov and DJ sets. The concept reflects the spirit of a cosmopolitan metropolis where East and West, tradition and modernity meet.
