A unique travel restaurant by the Milimon Family Restaurant Association. The restaurant is named after the famous missionary and African explorer David Livingstone. Brand-chef Mark Statsenko and chef Sergey Kornev combined the cuisines of Africa and the Middle East and created a menu with flavors of distant travels, spices and aromas.
The authors of the concept, restaurateur Evgeny Reimer and businessman-traveler Alexander Rosenzweig, created a restaurant-portal in the heart of the African continent. It features a unique collection, an analogue of which can only be seen at the Museum of Natural History in New York. An in-house tour guide will acquaint you with the interesting exposition: music, sounds, QR-codes with the transition to the video about the exhibits - all these elements of the media-museum add an educational function to the project and immerse guests in the atmosphere of a trip to Africa.
The restaurant has 5 different zones located on different levels. Traveling through the facility, in each room, guests make new discoveries for themselves. Livingstone presents the first Chef's Table not only in Samara, but in the Volga region as well. Chamber atmosphere that unites chefs and guests allows you to touch the magical world of gastronomy.
